Peyton K. Phillips, a dynamic attorney with Bosshard Parke, Ltd., specializes in business law and general civil litigation.
In law school, Payton distinguished himself through noteworthy internships at the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum, Wisconsin Herd, Justice Ann Walsh Bradley at the Wisconsin Supreme Court, and the Law and Entrepreneurship Clinic. These experiences, coupled with his active participation in the Pro Bono Society, the Marquette Law Mentorship Program, and the Business Law Society, honed his practical legal skills. As part of his internships and experiences, he proficiently drafted corporate documents, conducted rigorous legal research, wrote bench memoranda, made and engaged in insightful client consultations.
Beyond his professional commitments, Peyton nurtures an athletic side. He is an avid sports enthusiast and minored in Sports Management at the University of Minnesota and received a Sports Law Certificate from the National Sports Law Institute while at National Sports Law Institute. This blend of legal acumen, community involvement, and athletic interest makes Peyton a dynamic force within the firm and his community.
