With a wealth of experience litigating a wide range of family law matters, from divorce and paternity cases to issues involving child custody, support, and property division, Jason brings unique value to his clients. A seasoned expert in handling Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDRO), Jason has refined his skills over 25 years of practicing family law. He is entrusted with drafting all QDROs for Bosshard Parke family law attorneys and is often hired by other La Crosse law firms for his QDRO expertise.
In criminal law, Jason has represented clients at all stages of the criminal justice process, including misdemeanor and felony offenses, defending the rights of both adults and juveniles.
Outside of his professional obligations, Jason balances family life with meaningful community service. He is the Chairperson for the Duke University Alumni Admissions Advisory Committee for western Wisconsin, serving as a liaison for his beloved alma mater and high school applicants. His civic commitments extend to the Board of Directors for The Parenting Place, a non-profit that supports parents and caregivers in La Crosse and neighboring communities.
