Wisconsin is offering a sales tax rebate of $100 per eligible child. The Wisconsin Department of Revenue began accepting claims on May 15, 2018, with a filing deadline of July 2, 2018.

In order for a parent to claim a child for the rebate, a child must be:

• Under age 18 on December 31, 2017.
• A dependent of the claimant for tax year 2017.
• A Wisconsin resident on December 31, 2017.
• A United States citizen.
